If you are an INFJ personality type then you have definitely experienced the loneliness of being an INFJ, because while INFJs easily understand the psychological landscape of those around them, they are typically misunderstood themselves. Added to this is the fact that most INFJs have trust issues and it’s difficult for us to open up to people and share our real selves.
This results in INFJs feeling lonely and isolated, and also internalizing this loneliness as a belief that something is wrong with us. Deep down, most INFJs feel that they are defective in some way, and that if they were ever to show the world their true self, they would be rejected for being too weird, too sensitive, or just not normal.
INFJs are also highly sensitive, and highly anxious. We are extremely unconventional thinkers. Although we crave the experience of being truly seen and accepted by others, there is one huge block standing in our way. I talk more about this block and where it comes from in the video below:
I’m launching a brand-new video course this December called Energy and Intuition for INFJs, and it’s going to cover specific emotional issues like these for INFJs, and so much more. This course is based on the highly popular online class I taught this past autumn, also called Energy and Intuition for INFJs. I witnessed so many breakthroughs from students in that class, and saw firsthand how life-changing the content was for people, that I knew I had to put together a video course to make it accessible to any INFJ who is in need of it.
Make sure you sign up for my newsletter HERE to get all the updates and announcements on when the course is available, and if you have any questions, you can send them to me here.
I’m really excited about this new course because I know so many INFJs are still struggling with being an INFJ. This new course is something that will definitely help with that.
