Midlife Awakening is a three-week online class focusing on the midlife transition and what that entails for intuitive personality types. Although the class will be geared toward people who are currently experiencing a “midlife awakening” (people in their late 30s, 40s, and 50s), or a “late-life awakening” (people in their 60s, 70s, 80s, and beyond), there is no age requirement to join this class. All ages are welcome.
We will be exploring a few of the more hidden facets of the midlife transition for intuitive people, including our relationship with our changing creative and sexual energy, as well as well as how to move forward into the new era of our lives that begins after the midlife transition.

INNER EXPLORATORY SESSION SCHEDULE
Lauren will lead students through a guided visualization to help us more deeply explore our own inner territory. We will then use the remainder of the time to write and/or make art to help us express what we found there.
Please bring writing tools and/or art supplies of your choice to each session.

In-person attendance is not required.
All class members will receive lifetime access to all Zoom recordings (which includes ALL classes and all group sharing sessions).
ASSIGNMENTS
Class members will receive a weekly assignment (emailed the day after class) that invites them to more deeply explore their own journey with the experience of midlife awakening.
FACEBOOK GROUP
A private Facebook group will be available to all members of the class.
The group will remain open indefinitely as a place for class members to connect with each other and offer support as we each continue our own awakening journey after the class ends.
Joining the class Facebook group is NOT mandatory.
This is a completely optional portion of the class.
