INFJ and INFP Life is a three-week online class for INFJ and INFP personality types who feel lonely in the world, frequently overwhelmed by emotion (both their own and others), and struggle with self-doubt and overthinking.
We will be exploring how to move into our full potential as gifted intuitives, and how to release negative emotional patterns from the past in order to live a more fulfilled life.

Lauren will lead two group sharing sessions for those who are interested in sharing their own personal experiences with being an INFJ or INFP in the world, and also hearing about the experiences of others.

In-person attendance is not required.
All class members will receive lifetime access to all Zoom recordings (which includes ALL classes and all group sharing sessions).
Class members will receive a weekly assignment (emailed the day after class) that invites them to more deeply explore their own experience with being an intuitive personality type.
A private Facebook group will be available to all members of the class.
The group will remain open indefinitely as a place for class members to connect with each other and offer support as we each continue our own creative journey after the class ends.
Joining the class Facebook group is NOT mandatory.
This is a completely optional portion of the class.
