Relationships are frequently a struggle for INFJs and INFPs, whether it’s a romantic relationship, friendship, or relationship within the workplace. Most INFJs and INFPs report that they don’t feel seen in relationships, and that they often feel misunderstood or rejected.

These experiences are confusing and disheartening to INFJs and INFPs, and can push us into apathy, depression, or even despair, because emotional intimacy with others is such a deep, fundamental need of our personality type.

Many of the problems we experience in relationships stem from childhood trauma with unpredictable parents, and also dysfunctional coping strategies we’ve adopted in order to get along as an intuitive person in a very non-intuitive world.

This workshop is for you if:

You struggle to make your needs known in relationships

You feel a push-pull energy in romantic relationships

(fearing abandonment, but also fearing being smothered by the other person)

You easily become overwhelmed by the energy and emotions of other people

You tend to always end up as the “fixer” (and sometimes enabler) in relationships

You seem to attract other people who are self-absorbed and unable to see you

You feel lonely, even in your closest friendships

How Does It Work?
