Many INF people describe themselves as lone wolves in society. Being a lone wolf might mean that we hold ourselves back from intimate connections, we have trouble being a team player, or we prefer to do most things on our own. Many INF people who consider themselves lone wolves are also partnered, have children, or play some other kind of family role. The calling to be a lone wolf, while also being in relationship with others, can cause conflict in our lives.

In this workshop, we’ll be exploring how INF attachment tendencies cause lone wolf behavior, and how these tendencies can also cause us to self-destruct and self-sabotage in relationships. We will be learning new ways of managing our need to be a lone wolf in the world, while at the same time giving ourselves permission to deeply connect with others in an authentic way.

We’ll be covering many topics in this workshop, including:

How INF attachment forms in response to childhood trauma

The different variants of INF attachment

INF anxiety in interpersonal relations

Common problems INFs experience in romantic relationships

How INFs struggle to fit into family systems

The hermit archetype and INF attachment
