Healing Through Creativity is a three-week online class for intuitive personalities focusing on trauma, neurodivergence, and intuition in the creative process.
We will be learning how to uncover our natural (if unconventional) creative gifts and use them to heal our own inner wounds, as well as how we can share our creativity with others to spread the energy of healing.
We will also be learning how to receive and manage the energy of creativity in our lives, and how to fully accept ourselves as highly creative beings.

DIRECTED CREATIVE SESSION SCHEDULE
Lauren will lead students through a guided visualization to open the creative portal and then we will use the remainder of the time to see what comes through. Please bring writing tools and/or art supplies of your choice to each session.

In-person attendance is not required.
All class members will receive lifetime access to all Zoom recordings (which includes all classes and all directed creative sessions).
ASSIGNMENTS
Class members will receive a weekly assignment (emailed the day after class) that invites them to explore their own experience with healing through creativity.
FACEBOOK GROUP
A private Facebook group will be available to all members of the class.
The group will remain open indefinitely as a place for class members to connect with each other and offer support as we each find our own healing process with creativity.
Joining the class Facebook group is NOT mandatory.
This is a completely optional portion of the class.
