Creative Alchemy is a three-week online class for artists and writers focusing on how to explore our own psychological shadow and life experience in order to transmute that material into creative gold. We will be learning how to accept our own journey as wounded creatives, as well as exploring different ways of working with archetypal energies to connect more deeply with our innate creativity.

DIRECTED CREATIVE SESSION SCHEDULE
Lauren will lead students through a guided visualization to open the creative portal and then we will use the remainder of the time to see what comes through. Please bring writing tools and/or art supplies of your choice to each session.

All class members will receive lifetime access to all Zoom recordings (which includes all classes and all directed creative sessions).
ASSIGNMENTS
Class members will receive a weekly assignment (emailed the day after class) that invites them to more deeply explore their own ongoing experience with creative alchemy.
FACEBOOK GROUP
A private Facebook group will be available to all members of the class.
The group will remain open indefinitely as a place for class members to connect with each other and offer support as we each continue our own creative journey after the class ends.
Joining the class Facebook group is NOT mandatory.
This is a completely optional portion of the class.
