Becoming Whole in a Broken World is for INFJ and INFP personality types who are struggling with confusion, anxiety, and feelings of powerlessness in the current climate of the world today. If you feel upset about the situation our global community is in and you want to help, but you’re not sure how, this class will be helpful to you.
We will be exploring how to deeply connect with our sense of self and our own personal values, how to use this knowledge to become whole people, and also how to create what the world needs most right now according to our own unique gifts.
This class is a good fit for writers, artists, healers, energy workers, philosophers, and teachers

GROUP SHARING SESSION
Lauren will lead one group sharing session (on Zoom) for those who are interested in sharing their own personal experiences, and also hearing about the experiences of others.

In-person attendance is not required.
All class members will receive lifetime access to all Zoom recordings
(which includes ALL classes AND the group sharing session).
ASSIGNMENTS & FACEBOOK GROUP
Class members will receive a weekly assignment (emailed the day after class) that invites them to more deeply explore their own experience with the material learned in class.
A private Facebook group will be available to all members of the class.
The group will remain open indefinitely as a place for class members to connect with each other and offer support as we each continue our own personal journey after the class ends.
Joining the class Facebook group is NOT mandatory
This is a completely optional portion of the class
