Limiting beliefs frequently hold INFJ and INFP people back in life; they can be related to childhood trauma, and also exacerbated by experiences we go through as adults. But no matter where they originate, INFJs and INFPs tend to have the same limiting beliefs in common, and we often struggle with these beliefs to a greater degree than other types.
Sometimes we are aware of our limiting beliefs, and so we can consciously work with them, but much of the time they remain unconscious. When limiting beliefs remain mostly unconscious, we tend to self-sabotage our efforts in life. We may hold back on going after what we really want, or suppress our true thoughts and feelings, in order to stay in alignment with our limiting beliefs that give us the illusion of safety.
This workshop is for those INFJs and INFPs who are currently struggling with limiting beliefs, and who are ready to release these beliefs in order to break through to the next level of potential in their lives.
