Intuition and the Body is a three-week online class for INF personality types who struggle to connect with the body, and also struggle to connect to their intuition.
We will be exploring how to move more deeply into a loving relationship with our bodies, as well as how to work with the body to open higher levels of intuition. We will also be learning how to develop our potential by radically changing our relationship with the body; welcoming a new dynamic that helps us honor and listen to the messages our bodies send us.

DIRECTED BODY CONNECTION SESSION SCHEDULE
Lauren will lead students through a guided visualization to open the connection with the body, and then we will record the information our body shares with us.
Please bring writing tools and/or art supplies of your choice to each session.

In-person attendance is not required.
All class members will receive lifetime access to all Zoom recordings
(which includes ALL classes and all directed body connection sessions).
ASSIGNMENTS
Class members will receive a weekly assignment (emailed the day after class) that invites them to more deeply explore their own experience with their body and their intuition.
FACEBOOK GROUP
A private Facebook group will be available to all members of the class.
The group will remain open indefinitely as a place for class members to connect with each other and offer support as we each continue our own personal journey after the class ends.
Joining the class Facebook group is NOT mandatory.
This is a completely optional portion of the class.
