A September Equinox Gathering and Inner Journey

The equinox is a powerful time of year that acts as an energetic gateway for inner authority, clarity, and breaking free from old patterns. It is a still point that gives us the chance to rebalance and reset before we go into the season ahead.

 

This makes it the perfect time to set intentions, connect with our own heart, and call in the things we want to manifest in life.

During this 90-minute session, Lauren will take the circle through an inner journey using guided visualization and writing prompts to get clarity on what we want and our next steps toward that. This is a powerful way to connect with the potential in our future reality and begin manifesting this potential in the present.

In this INF Circle of Light, we will also be setting intentions for the season ahead of us, whether our hope is to grow something beautiful in our own life, or for the world to find greater peace.
