You won’t find a list of upcoming classes on my website, mainly because I teach so many! I send all communications about upcoming classes through my newsletter, so if you’re interested in taking a class with me, make sure you are signed up:

When you register for a class, you’ll be given an option on the payment page to pay for the purchase in installments.
Please note: if you do choose this option, you are entering into an agreement with the payment plan provider, and not me, Lauren Sapala.
No, not at all! Many of my students never attend live and only listen to the recordings later. There is no deadline on consuming classes once you have purchased them, so you can listen at your leisure.
Once the class recordings are available, they will be added to your library. There is no expiration period, so you can return to your purchased classes and access the recordings at your own pace.
